Rachelle has 25 years of customer service and management experience and manages every aspect of each move. She plays an essential role in coordinating and facilitating each step of the moving process. With patience and compassion, she offers support and guidance throughout the entire process, providing peace of mind to seniors during this transition. In her spare time, Rachelle enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and 2 daughters or caring for the animals on their small farm. She also enjoys serving and volunteering with her church and other non-profit organizations she is affiliated with and going on mission trips when the opportunity arises.
